Yes, you can terminate your service anytime but there will be charges involved.
You are required to pay back the remainder of the contract using the rateplan’s promo price and it is calculated as per below:
Balance charges = RM50 x remaining number of months of contract
The remaining number of months will be deemed to include the month during which you terminated the phone package.
Example: If you terminate in Month 5, the U Mobile U Biz 98 Promo Price is RM50, you are required to pay U Mobile RM50 x 20 = RM1,000 per line.
Pelan Pakej P-Hailing RAHMAH is an offer of a rebate for 12 months for selected Enterprise postpaid SIM plans, exclusively for all Malaysian P-Hailing riders.
P-Hailing riders who are currently subscribed to postpaid consumer plans need to switch to Enterprise postpaid plans to subscribe to this package. Our sales representatives will assist in switching and subscribing to this package after obtaining the customer's subscription approval.
However, this offer is not applicable to P-Hailing riders who subscribe to any group or corporate postpaid package through any Company/Clubs/Associations (enterprise package) as group postpaid packages already have rebates.
This incentive is also not applicable to P-Hailing riders who are currently subscribed to any device contract, or any existing promotional rebate offers.

Other Postpaid Plans
Yes, you will be charged if you answer any voice calls while you are roaming. The charges will vary according to the country of originating calls.
Subscribers who are eligible to sign up for U PayLater plan can choose to pay for a device on a monthly instalment basis with no interest charges.
Eligible subscribers are entitled to one (1) U PayLater sign-up with one (1) NRIC. Any subsequent sign-ups with U PayLater under the same NRIC are not permitted.
The existing rate plan will be terminated as it is still bonded to an active contract. The subscriber will be liable for any charges, he or she must settle all outstanding charges under the existing rate plan before the subscriber can proceed to sign up for U PayLater.
Subscribers will enjoy attractive savings from low instalment payments as the total amount paid throughout the tenure is still much lower than the RRP price of phone model upon signing up for U PayLater. Furthermore, subscribers will be enjoying a 0% interest-free instalment payment throughout the instalment tenure.
There is no additional penalty fee if a subscriber wishes to terminate U PayLater, U Mobile line termination or early settlement for U PayLater. To do so, the subscriber needs to make a payment to pay off the remaining device balance, which is equivalent to the device selling price minus the total instalment fees paid so far.
Example: Device Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for Apple iPhone 13 128GB: RM3,899
Termination on Month 7 (You'll have been billed 8 times for device instalment) RM 3,899 – RM1,000 (RM125 x 8 instalments billed) = RM2,899 (Remaining device instalment balance amount to be paid off).
Remarks:
- The Device Recommended Retail Price (RRP is not the same as the total monthly instalment price (RM125 x 24 months = RM 3000).
- If a subscriber wishes to terminate U PayLater, U Mobile will base the calculation on the Device Recommended Retail Price (RRP). In this case, it will be RM3,899.
Unfortunately, device trade-ins are not applicable during a U PayLater sign-up.
The first month free trial is open for customer to try out U Mobile services and coverage without any commitment. Once the free trial is over, customer can sign up for the device bundle (U PayLater) with a 24-month contract.
The U PayLater offer is open to Postpaid subscribers who port in and existing Postpaid U Mobile subscribers. In order to sign up for U PayLater, eligible subscribers are required to meet the following criteria:
For port in subscribers: Latest 3 months of Postpaid bills with minimum RM70 monthly commitment on principle line with no outstanding payment shown in the latest bill from the previous telecommunication service provider. Subscribers are required to subscribe to U PayLater using the Auto Debit payment method.
For existing U Mobile subscribers: a combination of a few criteria which include tenure, monthly spend and payment records.
For both port in and existing subscribers, you are required to pay an advance payment upon registration of U PayLater, depending on the phone model purchased.
